To better serve the needs of our volunteer judges, published authors MUST provide BOTH a pdf file and an epub file for ALL entries. No editable file types will be accepted into published categories.

Virgin entries should be in .doc/.docx/.rtf format so that judges may provide comments in the manuscript. Virgin entrants may submit ONE file containing a sales description of no more than 300 words and the first 5,000 words of their story, formatted double spaced, 12pt Times New Roman. If your entry does not meet the above requirements, you will be asked to submit corrected version(s). Failure to comply will result in disqualification without refund.
