Kindle Vella- What Is It and Is It Right for You?
In July 2021, Amazon introduced a new storytelling option – stories told one small chunk at a time. Kindle Vella short episodes are meant to give readers the option of reading during short breaks in their day. The new platform is a way for readers to discover new fiction and a new way for authors to generate revenue from the Kindle Direct Publishing service. To learn more, visit the Kindle Vella store. Bonnie Phelps writes contemporary romance and has self-published eight books. During her professional life, she used her writing skills as a fundraising/communication executive for nonprofits, authored a syndicated column in several California newspapers, and worked as a Wedding Planner. She craves anything sweet and is addicted to tracing her family’s roots. A native Californian, the author lives in Northern California with her husband.
